Gold Coast Eco Cleaning (ABN 56 978 993 504) provides cleaning services across the Gold Coast, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through goldcoastecocleaning.com and when you deal with us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Contact and quote requests: your name, email, phone number, address or suburb, the service you're interested in and any message you send.
• Bookings: your contact details, property address and access instructions, and booking preferences. Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, Zenbooker; payments are processed by their payment partners and we don't store your card details.
• Membership enquiries: your name, email and phone number.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver the cleans you book.
• To contact you about your bookings, and occasionally about offers — you can opt out at any time.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.
• To measure and show our advertising to people likely to be interested in our services.

We don't sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. We only share personal information with service providers who help us run the business — such as our booking system, website hosting and database providers, email delivery and the analytics and advertising services above — and only for those purposes.
